6. Possession & Timeline
Any timelines, possession dates, or project completion schedules mentioned are indicative only and may be subject to delays due to force majeure events, regulatory approvals, market conditions, or other circumstances beyond the developer's reasonable control. The binding possession date shall be as specified in the registered Builder-Buyer Agreement.

In case of any conflict between information presented on this Website or in marketing materials and the formal Agreement to Sell / Builder-Buyer Agreement, the terms of the formal agreement shall prevail in all cases.
